Jack DiFranco is a Managing Director at Woodward Park Partners. With over 35 years of M&A and transaction experience, he has assisted clients with acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and management buyouts. Mr. DiFranco has also served as advisor on financing transactions for senior debt, subordinated debt, and private equity. Throughout his career, he has served privately held business owners, publicly traded companies, and private equity firms. Mr. DiFranco has advised on transactions in a wide range of industries including diversified industrials, building products, infrastructure, food processing, IT services, healthcare, business services, distribution, education, insurance, and retail.

Before joining Woodward Park, Mr. DiFranco was the founder of BeaconView Capital, a boutique Investment Banking firm. Prior to founding BeaconView, he led the Detroit practice for KPMG Corporate Finance LLC. Mr. DiFranco also served as the National Managing Principal for the Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, and Private Equity Services Groups at Grant Thornton LLP. Preceding his experience at Grant Thornton, he founded and was the Managing Director of the Investment Banking Group at Stout. Earlier in his career, Mr. DiFranco was a member of the Investment Banking Groups at First of Michigan Corporation and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.

Mr. DiFranco holds a Master of Business Administration (with concentrations in finance and corporate strategy) from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oakland University.
